PURPOSE

Bringing laughter, surprise, and inspiration to the world

We aim to deliver content that makes people laugh so hard they can’t breathe, fall out of their chairs in surprise, and feel deeply moved.
Our existence is to entertain the world through our creations.

MISSION

To become Japan’s leading content supplier

We strive to be the top content supplier in Japan—both in quality and quantity of video content, including variety shows, dramas, and films.
After achieving national leadership, we’ll expand globally.

CORE VALUES

1Playfulness in Creation

Creating laughter, surprise, and inspiration is the most enjoyable work.
We must enjoy the process with a spirit of playfulness to create joy.
So let’s enjoy the process of creating to the fullest!

2Viewer‑First Mindset

We produce with the viewer in mind, aiming to enrich their experience emotionally,
without causing harm to viewers or collaborators.

3Valuing Team Members

Our work is impossible alone—it requires teamwork.
Whether the crew is over 100 people,
we cherish every teammate to achieve peak performance.

4Persistent Positivity

Creative work often hits dead ends.
But we stay positive and find or create new paths.
The more challenging the birth of a project,
the greater the satisfaction at release.

5Ownership Attitude

We approach work with total ownership.
This mindset accelerates growth and makes work truly enjoyable.
